1. Rental Agreement

• Eligibility: A valid driver’s license must be held by the renter, and they must be at least 25 years old.
• Identification: A government-issued ID and proof of insurance are required before a vehicle can be rented.
• Rental Duration: Vehicles are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. Flexible return options are offered.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our team. A valid credit card is required for confirmation.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be completed at the time of booking. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required to cover potential damages or excess mileage.

3. Vehicle Use

• Authorized Drivers: Only the renter and additional drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.
• Prohibited Use: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or reckless behavior.
• Maintenance: The vehicle should be returned in the same condition, including fuel levels. Any additional cleaning or refueling charges will be applied.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional coverage can be purchased for extra protection.
• Damage Liability: Any damage or theft during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility, except for normal wear and tear.
• Accidents: If an accident occurs, it must be reported immediately, and a police report should be provided if applicable.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the rental date, a full refund will be issued.
• Modifications: Rental dates may be modified based on availability. Additional charges could apply.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

• Liability Limitations: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the rental.
• Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
