Apex now offers its own fleet by the month. You choose the car and the term, we deliver it, and it stays with you until the term ends. The payment is fixed. There is no booking window, no return date every few days, and no hold placed on your card between rentals.
Terms of one and three months are rentals: the car stays on our insurance, and the rate is set against the daily one. Six months and beyond is a lease, where you carry the vehicle on your own policy and the monthly rate drops sharply. A twelve-month lease on the Lamborghini Huracan costs less per month than five days with the same car.
The fleet, by the month
Mileage is pooled across the whole term rather than capped each month, and unused miles carry forward. Excess mileage is $3.00 per mile, assessed once at return. Additional mileage can be added at signing at a lower rate. Arizona transaction privilege tax is added to every payment.

Tell us the vehicle and the term. We confirm availability and hold it for you.
Settle the insurance
On a six-month term or longer you carry the car on your own policy, and we supply the VIN and documents your carrier needs. On shorter terms it stays on ours.
Sign and take delivery
Sign the agreement, pay the amount due, and the car is delivered to you immaculate.
Keep it
Photograph it once a month and send the mileage. Beyond that, the car is yours for the term.

Taking a car by the month suits a narrow set of people, and we would rather say so than sell it broadly. Executives relocating to the valley for a season, usually in the Urus. Winter residents who would rather not ship a car. Clients who have rented from us four or five times this year and have started doing the math.
If you want a car for a weekend, book the weekend. Past about fifteen days, the month is the better arithmetic.
Questions
No. An Apex lease carries no purchase option, and payments build no equity toward one. The lease is a lease. If a vehicle in the fleet is ever offered for sale, that is a separate transaction on its own terms.
It depends on the term. At one and three months the car stays on Apex insurance, exactly as it does on a daily rental. At six months and beyond you insure it on your own auto policy, carrying comprehensive and collision along with liability at one million dollars combined single limit, with Apex named as additional insured. We supply the VIN, the vehicle documents and the exact wording your carrier needs, and coverage has to be in force before delivery.
Additional mileage is added at signing at a lower rate than the overage charge. Tell us how you expect to drive and we will price the allowance to match. Miles are pooled across the whole term, so a heavy month costs you nothing as long as the total holds.
On a lease, you do, for the term. Fuel, maintenance at the manufacturer interval, tires and registration renewal are the lessee’s responsibility. We will point you to the shops we use. On the one and three month terms, maintenance stays with us.
Not within a term. An agreement is written against one vehicle. Clients who want variety across the year are better served by our daily rental program, where the whole fleet is available by the day.
The term is the term. If your circumstances change, speak to us early and we will tell you what is possible. On a lease there is an early termination charge, and the amount due at signing is not refunded. If you are unsure how long you need the car, take the shorter term and extend.
