Phoenix Sky Harbor Luxury Car Rental

BY APEX EXOTIC RENTALS

McLaren 720S Spider (Black)
Land at PHX and drive away in something worth the trip. Apex delivers exotic and luxury rentals straight to Sky Harbor - no counter, no shuttle, no queue.

Yes — we deliver to Phoenix Sky Harbor. You land, you walk out, and the car is waiting. There is no rental counter, no shuttle bus to an off-site lot, and no line. Delivery runs about $150 each way depending on distance, and it is the same service whether you are heading to a resort in Scottsdale or straight to a meeting downtown.

That is the whole answer. The rest of this page is the detail.

How Sky Harbor delivery actually works

You give us your flight number and terminal when you book. We track the flight, so a delay on your end does not turn into a problem on ours. When you land, you text us from the gate and we meet you curbside at arrivals with the keys, the paperwork already done, and a walkaround inspection that takes about three minutes.

Returning is the same in reverse — tell us the terminal and time, and we collect the car from you at departures.

We also deliver to Scottsdale Airport (SDL) if you are flying private, and to every major resort and hotel in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.

What you need to have on you

  • A valid driver’s license. Not expired, not a photo of one.
  • Full coverage insurance — collision, comprehensive and liability. If you do not carry it, we can arrange coverage through Apex; tell us when you book so it is sorted before you land.
  • The card you booked with, for the refundable security deposit.
  • Minimum age 21 for most of the fleet. Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLaren are 25 and over.

Add a second driver at booking if someone else will be behind the wheel — they need to clear the same requirements, and a driver we have not cleared is not covered.

What it costs

Delivery to Sky Harbor is approximately $150 each way, and it varies with distance and time of day. The rental itself depends on the car — a Cadillac Escalade or Porsche Cayenne GTS sits at the practical end of the fleet; a Rolls-Royce Cullinan or Ferrari 488 sits at the other. Every rate on the site is the rate you pay.

Rentals run in 24-hour periods with a one-day minimum. Weekly rentals are 15% off and monthly rentals are 30% off, which matters if you are in town for a stretch. If you want a sense of the numbers before you enquire, we publish what it costs.

Which car makes sense for an airport pickup

If you are arriving with luggage and people, the Cadillac Escalade and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan are the two that actually solve the problem — full-size SUVs with room for bags and a back seat built for adults. The Porsche Cayenne GTS splits the difference: smaller, quicker, still four real seats.

If you are traveling light and the point of the trip is the drive, the two-seat cars are the ones you came for.

Why not just use the rental counter

Sky Harbor’s exotic counters sell you a category, not a car — you find out what you actually got when you reach the lot. Apex is owner-operated. You choose the specific vehicle, it arrives clean and full, and the person handing you the keys is the person who prepared it.
